Please make sure that both the type of battery and the size correspond to the manufacturer's specifications for the respective device. Please make sure that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity. Plus (+) and minus (-) poles are marked on our batteries. If the device is not in use for several months, please remove the batteries. Batteries should be stored dry and at room temperature.

Do not expose the batteries to extreme cold or heat. This will affect the battery performance. If a battery has leaked, dispose of it at a waste battery disposal facility, taking care of your safety and avoiding skin contact (see Disposal).

Batteries received from us can be returned free of charge after use at the address below or sent back to us by post with sufficient postage.
