Alcohol tester Dräger Alcotest® 6000

The Dräger Alcotest 6000 is the brand new successor of the Alcotest 5820, which has been available on the market for several years. The devices are almost technically identical, but differ somewhat in product design as well as in the delivery equipment. Specifically, this means that the Alcotest 6000 has a slightly different color scheme on the housing and is delivered without the usual Dräger carrying case. Furthermore, the Dräger Alcotest has a data logger for the last 500 tests performed.

As with the Dräger Alcotest 5820®, easy-to-understand full text messages on a large, illuminated display lead to a reliable alcohol measurement. Two LEDs and acoustic signals support the display and signal the end of a measurement process. Two menu keys are used for navigation, for example, you can view the last test results (the last 500 measurements are stored).

The electrochemical sensor installed in the Alcotest® 6000 is characterized by very short response times and durability. It works particularly precisely and reliably. Even at temperatures between -5 °C and +50 °C, the analysis is reliable. Even with high alcohol content, the sensor quickly delivers reliable results, with both active and passive measurement. The new product design offers all the prerequisites for quick, easy and hygienic breath alcohol analysis: the contour of the slide'n'click mouthpiece enables intuitive correct placement, even in the dark. The non-closable air outlet prevents the possibility of tampering during dispensing.

The Dräger Alcotest® 6000 is also optionally available with Bluetooth. This allows the new wireless Dräger Mobile Printer BT to be controlled within a radius of up to 15 meters.
