The manufacturer Dräger explicitly points out that the medical certification of the breathalyzer (all Alcotest med models) will expire if the mouthpieces are used that do not comply (i.e. without CE certification).

What does non-return valve mean? The mouthpiece is designed in such a way that it is impossible to re-breathe air from the device.
