The high-quality Prorelax arm cuff with two integrated silicone electrodes is easy to apply to the upper or lower arm and is connected to the TENS control unit (not included). There are push buttons on the cuff (as e.g. on Beurer Tens devices) for connecting the electrode cables. With third-party devices, you can use your connection cables if they have a push-button connection for electrodes.
